Macaroni with chilicon Carne

Ingredients:

300 g macaroni elbow
300 g ground beef
4 cloves garlic
1 pc medium size onion
1/2 cup red kidney beans, cooked
2 T hot sauce
227 g tomato sauce
1 pc medium red bell pepper

How to prepare:

1. Saute garlic, onion, and beef. Cook for 5 minutes. Add beans and 3 cups water. Simmer until meat and beans are tender.
2. Add tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp rock salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and hot sauce. Simmer for 8 minutes.
3. Add bell pepper and macaroni. sprinkle with cheese.
