Mango Supreme
Ingredients:
1 kl Mango, peeled, thinly sliced
1 can Condensed milk
1 pack Graham crackers
2 packs All-purpose cream
How to prepare:
1. Beat condensed milk and all-purpose cream
2. In square bowl, pile graham crackers, put mixture, sliced mango.Repeat the piling until the desired thickness.
3. Chill

Chicken-Liver Hawaiian
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken liver, cut half
1 can (43 g) pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve syrup)
3 medium saba banana, cooked
1 medium carrot
1 tbsp Cornstarch to be dissolved in 1 tbsp water
How to prepare:
1. Marinate chicken liver in 1 tbsp soy sauce, pineapple syrup, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp iodized salt for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade. Fry chicken liver in cooking oil until light brown in color.
2. Fry carrot in 2 tbsp margarine until half tender. Add 1 cup water, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 3/4 tsp iodized salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and add marinade. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add fried liver, dissolve cornstarch, tidbits, and banana. Combine simmering.

300 g ground beef
4 cloves garlic
1 pc medium size onion
1/2 cup red kidney beans, cooked
2 T hot sauce
227 g tomato sauce
1 pc medium red bell pepper
How to prepare:
1. Saute garlic, onion, and beef. Cook for 5 minutes. Add beans and 3 cups water. Simmer until meat and beans are tender.
2. Add tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp rock salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and hot sauce. Simmer for 8 minutes.
3. Add bell pepper and macaroni. sprinkle with cheese.

1 cup slice bread, diced
How to prepare:
1. Combine all ingredients season with 1 T rock salt, 2 T soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Mix
2. Place every 1 and 1/2 cup of mixture in aluminum foil. Roll and tie.
3. Steam for an hour. Let it cool and chill overnight.
4. Slice and serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 can big condensed milk
41/2 all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cheese

Cream butter, add sugar, add dry ingredients alternatively with milk. Pour into greased tray and place it into the oven. Let it cool and slice.

Papaya Boat
Ingredients:
1 cup ripe papaya
1 medium size ripe mango
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup condensed milk
1 big ripe papaya made into a papaya boat
How to prepare:
1. Cut fruits into cubes, mix and drain.
2. Place in a bowl then toss in condensed milk. chill
3. To prepare papaya boat slice a whole papaya lengthwise
4. Scoop out meat & put fruit salad into hallow portion

1 cup all-purpose cream
2 cups sweet mangoes, scooped into balls (mango balls for garnish)
How to prepare:
1. Mix butter and graham crackers.
2. Press a round sides and bottom of a 9" pile plate. Chill
3. Soften gelatin in cold water. Add to evaporated and condensed milk, and salt on top of double boiler. Cook stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
4. Beat eggyolks slightly. Add to the heated mixture.
5. Cook until slightly thick. Chill.
6. Fold in stiffly eggwhites, vanilla, and mangoes.
7. Pour into prepared crust. Chill until firm.
8. Garnish with whipped cream and mango balls.
